We provide FREE international shipping to all countries. We work with courier partners worldwide to provide doorstep delivery with tracking number to ensure that the items reach you safely.
What courier service provider do you use?
We use region specific international courier service with tracking number to ensure that items reach customers in a fast and reliable way.
If you prefer using other sending options like korea post, DHL or FedEx etc, please let us know and we will inform you the cost difference.
Lead time for products to arrive:
Depending on the products and shipping method, it usually takes about 2-3 working days to receive your item to our warehouse after you had paid. As the goods will be packed and sent straight from Korea to your home or office, transit time will take an additional 7-10 working days for Asian countries and around 2-3 weeks for US, Europe, Australia etc.
As a rough guide, you will receive your item in about 2-3 weeks from purchase date.
What is your return policy?
Fragile items will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and all items will be checked for defects before shipment. All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, please contact us at [email protected] if you were to have any concerns. We will investigate into the matters concerned.
Is there any warranty on my purchases?
Some items come with Korea local warranty for a limited duration. You may send the item to Korea for repairs during the effective warranty period.
